Jamie Anderson is a Humboldt County native. He was born and raised in Fortuna, graduating from Fortuna High School. Jamie graduated from UC Davis in 1990 with a degree in Organizational Studies.
Mr. Anderson began his professional career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He spent 22 years starting as a Management Trainee, with the last 12 years as a Regional Vice President in Denver, Colorado. Jamie and his family moved to Idaho in 2012, where he began working for Collier’s International – one of the world’s largest commercial real estate companies. Jamie was a licensed real estate professional specializing in the sales and leasing of office and investment properties.
In 2019, Jamie and his wife, Suzette moved to Eureka to be closer to family. They celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2020. They have two adult children.
Nathan Berti was born and raised in Humboldt County and earned a degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University. Nathan brings a strong background in customer experience, sales and real estate management to his role at Redwood Capital Bank.
Nathan is active in the community and has spent time coaching youth sports, including basketball with the Arcata Recreation League and baseball with Redwood Empire Little League. He and his family are members of the Eureka Nazarene Church.
Nathan and his wife, Jessica, reside in Eureka with their three children.
Deanna Franklin was born and raised in Gilroy, California. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business with a concentration in Finance and Appraisal. In 2018, Deanna graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School, where she received certification in Executive Leadership Training.
Deanna began her banking career in 1996. She brings extensive experience in business and relationship banking to Redwood Capital Bank. Deanna enjoys getting to know clients and assisting them in achieving their financial goals.
Deanna is a member of the Arcata Noon Rotary Club, where she serves on the Board of Directors, and the Arcata Sunrise Rotary Club. She also serves on the Boards of Directors of the Arcata Chamber of Commerce, St. Joseph Hospital Foundation and GYN Breast Cancer Project and is a member of Women 4 Wellness.
Deanna and her husband moved to Arcata in November 2024 to be closer to family. They have two adult children, two granddaughters and one grandson.
Shannon Maciel, a Humboldt County native. She brings extensive banking experience and a strong commitment to serving local businesses.
Shannon enjoys supporting local causes and events. She is passionate about providing support to families and individuals with autism. Shannon is a Past President of the McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as an Ambassador with the organization. She also serves on the Boards of Directors of We Are Up and Humboldt Made.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys crafting and cherishes time with her family. She and her husband, Travis, make their home in McKinleyville and are the parents of two adult sons.
A Shasta County native, Jamie Robertson was born and raised in Redding and graduated from Foothill High School in Palo Cedro. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Jamie began her banking career in 2012 and brings more than a decade of experience in commercial banking and lending. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of positions, including roles in special assets management, credit analysis and commercial lending. Her diverse experience provides her with a well-rounded understanding of the financial needs and opportunities facing local businesses.
Deeply connected to the Shasta County community, Jamie is a member of the Redding West Rotary Club and serves as President of the Junction Educational Foundation. Her strong local relationships and commitment to the region complement Redwood Capital Bank’s relationship-based approach to community banking. Jamie and her husband reside in Palo Cedro with their two children.
